工作内容:
- 負責與客人以電話或電郵溝通了解支援需要
- 疑難排解並為客人提供技術支援服務
- 更新服務登記及進度
工作要求:
- 中五或以上
- 熟悉電腦和互聯網服務的基本知識
- 性格開朗,電話溝通良好,成熟獨立
- 精通MS Office和中文文字處理
- 7X24 輪班工作(提供每月津貼)
- 每週工作 5 天

What efforts you need to make for this role?
- Responsible for answering customers’ inquiries over the phone or email
- Troubleshoot for fault case and provide technical support to customer
- Data entry and updates for service registration
- Prepare reports for management’s review
Let’s check if you are/have...
- Form 5 or above
- Basic knowledge on computer system and internet service is a big advantage
- Pleasant with good telephone manner, mature and independent
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Shift duty (with monthly allowance provided)
- Work 5 days a week
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
