Human Resource Officer

We are helping one of our clients which is a mulit-national cooperation who is looking for a Human Resource Officer at the moment. Please see below for the job descriptions below.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a subject matter expert on recruitment and talent hire, support business sustainability and growth through developing the talent pool and pipeline. With 80% time focusing on talent acquisition.
• Manage the talent pool in the HR recruiting system.
• Connect with potential candidates through direct sourcing and LinkedIn.
• Work closely with recruitment agencies to build Hilti’s employer brand in the market and develop the talent pool.
• Take lead on driving employer branding topics, university network and campus recruitment.
• As a HR business partner, work with line managers on people solutions in including areas of recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and people development.
• Lead or involve in HR projects as per business needs, working closely with the regional HR team.
• Compile HR statistics and reports for management review.
• Support HR operations and office administration duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or above in ANY DISCIPLINE
• Minimum 1 years working experience in MNC as HR
• Solid recruiting experience especially in hiring direct sourcing
• Strong planning and organizational skills, problem solving skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Cantonese is a MUST.
• Immediate available will be an ADVANTAGE
