Responsibilities:

 - Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve problems effectively and efficiently.

- Provide product information, technical support, and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner.

- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Identify and report common customer issues or trends to improve overall customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid technical aptitude and willingness to learn about mobile products and services.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

- Flexibility to work during the following hours: 11:00-20:00 (8 hrs and 1 hr lunch), shift rostor, six days holiday per month.
