Business Development Manager

Job Info

 Responsibilities  

  • Identify new sales leads and potential new markets for business expansion. 
  • Establish business development goals, formulate plans and strategies to maximize business opportunities 
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients, conduct needs assessments, and present proposals to address
    their requirements.  
  • Build relationships with existing clients to maintain customer retention, identify opportunities for growth and upselling..
  • Work closely with internal staff to develop and implement strategic plans and grow the business. 
  • Conduct Research to analyze current industry trends and competitor activity. 
  • Regularly report on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators to senior
    management. 

  

Requirements  

  • Bachelor's degree and above 
  • Minimum 2 years' of relevant work experience
  • Good client relationship management experience, excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills 
  • Good command in Chinese and English
