Job Responsibilities

 · Provide HR functions such as employment contract, on-board arrangement, staff record maintenance, salary calculation  

· Perform office administration duties such as office maintenance and repair, inventory keeping, officesecurity 

· Provide sales administration support and prepare sales reports 

· Review and implement operation rules and procedures to ensure the company policies are followed 

· Coordinate with internal departments, business partners and vendors

· Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects 

Requirements

 · F6 or above with administration experience

· Basic knowledge in employment ordinance 

· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 

· Good in MS Office applications including Excel and Powerpoint  

· Strong sense of responsibility and positive service attitude 

· Good interpersonal and communication skills
