Job Description
The candidate will report to the Asia Pacific After Sales andService Supervisor and will liaise with him for each specific task belowdescribed:
Pre-delivery and delivery
- Technicalassistance during loading and unloading operation of yachts
- Yachts’quality checks and performance testing after the off-loading of the yachts
- Draftof the list of non-conformity after the boat inspection
- Scoutingplanning and management of subcontractors involved in repair works
- Spareparts supply and shipment
- Oversightand follow-up of the repair lists
- Yachts’arrangement for delivery
- Carryout the delivery procedure with dealer and customers
- Technicalsupport both to Owners and Captains & crew
Warranty related activities
- Managementof warranty claims after the delivery through-out Asia Pacific
- Breakdownservice – on-board diagnostics and repair
- Organization,planning and oversight of warranty interventions, options’ installations andmaintenance services
- Technicalmanagement of yachts during events & boat shows
- Warehousemanagement for Sales and Service
- Marinamanagement and oversight
The Successful Applicant
- MUSThave the ability to work on:
ü Electrical and Electronic systems
ü Hydraulic systems
ü Woodwork & Veneer knowledge
ü Engines & Generators
ü GRP, Gelcoat & Paint systems
- MUSThave experience in servicing and maintaining motor and sailing yachts
- Deepknowledge of the HK nautical market
- PCknowledge & MS Office is a MUST
- Fluentin English & Cantonese; Knowledge in mandarin is an advantage
- Sailinglicense grade 1 is an advantage
