The Company:
· Global Customer Service Provider
· Looking for Customer Service Officer to join their team
The Job:
Handling inbound services calls on CS issues including enquiries from customers in a professional manner with tactful customer service skills
Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvements
No Complaint Call/ No Cold Call
The Candidate:
· High Diploma or above
· Fluent/ Native Cantonese, Good English Speaking
· Candidate with No Customer Service Experience also considered
Benefit
· Monthly Salary up to 17k x 13 months
· 5-day work week
