Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in business analysis and transformation projects in claim handling and claims administrative support
- Develop and implement end to end data pipeline from collection, analysis, reporting to visualization
- Provide support for data issues, maintain best practices for data management and provide support where necessary for the data projects
- Gather business requirements and translate this into report developments including change specifications
- Register, assess, adjust and settle/decline claim cases
- Work on ad-hoc projects when required
Job Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably major in Statistics, Business Analysis, Mathematics or a related field
- Solid knowledge of VBA, SQL and R
- Experience in BI reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, QlikView) is a strong advantage
- Proficient in spoken and written English is necessary
- Good understanding of data modelling and data management process
- Data analytics and programming skills
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
