One of REA Group Asia's property tech companies, squarefoot.com.hk is a multimedia real estate platform for real estate agents and property developers. One of the most important bilingual real estate media on the market, we help local and foreigners learn more about real estate in Hong Kong and overseas.

Primary purpose of the position

  • Facilitate Business Development Team by converting leads from internal data through telephone conversation
  • Strive to increase the conversion rate of calls to appointments and appointments to sales
  • Maintain the database of potential client in CRM system
  • To maintain an accurate records of telesales activities, e.g. cold call, number of call and duration of call, etc.

Who we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales environment
  • Familiar with inbound sales environment et telesales
  • Business telephone etiquette
  • Strong communications skills
  • Sales skills
  • Able to converse in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • This is a 3 months contract role with opportunity to become a permanent role depending on performance
