Customer Service Advisor (Non-sales Role)
Our client offers 5 days work per week. Compensation package includes base salary, performance bonus, study assistance plan, non-contributory pension scheme, life & medical benefit, annual leave, examination leave, etc.
Requirements:
• Identify customer needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Provide excellent services and professional advice to customers with continuous improvement
• Maintain good relationship with members to maximize the level of satisfaction.
• Provide customer service in response to written enquiries.
Requirements:
• DSE or above level qualification
• 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in a Customer Service, call center environment
• Experienced Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Good command of MS office operating skill, outlook, Chinese, English processing
