Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of end to end recruitment process, C&B functions and HR system management
  • Maintain daily HR operations including staff record, attendance & leave management
  • Assist in other HR functions includes but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Training and Employee Engagement Initiatives
  • Arrange employee relation activities, if required
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in HR functions
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proactive, Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Immediate available / short notice is highly preferred
