Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of end to end recruitment process, C&B functions and HR system management
- Maintain daily HR operations including staff record, attendance & leave management
- Assist in other HR functions includes but not limited to Compensation & Benefits, Training and Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Arrange employee relation activities, if required
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years working experience in HR functions
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, Detail-oriented and well organized
- Immediate available / short notice is highly preferred
