Responsibilities:
- Manage mortgage loan business operations
- Business development
- Provide timely staff training
- Review business risks and formulate market strategies on a regular basis
- Prepare monthly business and risk meeting documents and reports
- Unscheduled assistance in reviewing and improving existing systems and operations
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above,
- 3 years above of relevant experience in finance / loan & mortgage business experience and management
- Familiar with the loan process, document review
- Experience in loan approval
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese

Working Hours :
- Weekly 5.5 days (Alternative Saturday-Off)
- Monday to Friday : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (including 1 hour lunch time)
- Saturday : 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
