 工作職責 Responsibilities: 

· 於24小時熱線中心中提供電話客戶服務 Responsible for providing quality customer services to both local and overseas clients through 24-hours hotline.  

· 有需要為客戶追蹤貨物運送情況, 處理投訴及一切有關查詢 Also required to handle shipment tracing and customer complaints, as well as resolving customer enquiries and problems.

入職要求 Requirements: 

· 中學學歷以上, 中英文科取得及格 Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent) 

· 多於一年客戶服務經驗, 運輸行業者優先 More than 1 year customer service experience, preferably in logistic industry  

· 良好中英文書寫及溝通能力, 能操流利普通話者優先Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage  

· 具基礎使用電腦工作經驗Good PC knowledge and typing skill with 40 wpm  

· 善於處理人際關係, 與人溝通, 能獨立解決問題及處理來電查詢Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills  

· 以客為本, 誠懇主動, 能於高效率工作Customer oriented, flexible, proactive and ableto work under pressure
