Responsibilities:
- Perform as receptionist
- Manage customer queue at bank hall
- Provide banking services and delivers optimal customer experience by greeting and servicing customers
- Direct clients for scheduled and / or non-scheduled meeting with bankers
- Handle simple customer inquiries
- Manage customers' expectation when they are waiting for meeting
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with some customer service experience
- Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service oriented and attentive to details
