Responsibilities

  • Perform full spectrum of human resources & administration functions which are including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, leave administration, insurance, tax return, organize staff recreation activities and other administration duties 
  • Ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to support the day to day administrative matters of the Company 
  • Hands on experience in operating Document Management System 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.  

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma, 3 years relevant experience. 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word and Excel is a MUST) & Chinese Word processing. 
  • Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skill. 
  • Initiative, flexible, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented 
  • Immediately available will be highly preferred
