Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and develop the Outbound Sales team
- Monitor the productivity levels, service standards and customer relations
- Ensure allocation of resources are efficient
- Ensure the Outbound Sales team has up to date knowledge and familiar with all promotional procedures, special events and tournaments
- Ensure the Outbound Sales team with proper phone etiquette with each customer
工作內容:
- 帶領組員達到銷售目標
- 管理,訓練和輔導所轄組員
- 規劃與實施組內銷售計劃
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- 1+ years experience in leadership, successfully leading a team of employees
- 1+ banking experience/call canter is a definite advantage
- Knowledgeable in bank product (credit card loan/personal loan)
資歷要求:
- 中五或以上
- 1年或以上 (電話中心和帶領團隊經驗)
- 具有銀行經驗更佳
- 熟悉銀行產品更佳
