Airline Customer Service (Airline) Officer/ 航空專線會員客戶服務主任

 Job Responsibilities

· Handle customer enquiries, complaints or follow up orders via incoming telephone in a professional manner 

· 透過電話熱線處理會員的查詢及跟進會員的投訴  

· Provide outstanding customer service to members, including fare quotations and itinerary planning etc. 

· 為會員提供優質的客戶服務，包括機票報價及編排行程等  

· Build and maintain customer relationship in order to increase customer satisfaction  

· 與會員建立及維持良好關係  

· Record customers’ enquiries and opinions 

· 記錄顧客電話查詢及意見 

Job Requirements

· Minimum Secondary School graduate with pass in English  

· 中學畢業及英文科合格 

· Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin  

· 操良好普通話和英語 

· Good communication and listening skills  

· 良好的溝通和聆聽能力  

· Problem solving skills  

· 善於解答疑難 

· Knowledge of airline industry, product and services is an advantage 

· 地勤, 商場客戶服務, 酒店等, 具有客戶服務主任經驗優先  

· Extra incentive for good command of spoken Japanese or Korean  

· 能操流利日語和韓語有額外津貼  

· Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Team Lead

· Salary Range $15000 - $21000
