Our client, a renowned local company is currently looking for a suitable candidate to join their in-house IT support team.
Job Highlights
- Support servers, infra, network and security
- Provide user support
- Double pay and bonus
Responsibilities
- Provide IT technical support for internal users
- Perform hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support server maintenance, data backup and security setting
- Manage network and infrastructure operation
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Min 2 years’ experience in IT help desk
- Knowledgeable in Windows environment
- Experience in supporting WAN, LAN, Active Directory, VMware and servers
- Good command of English and Chinese
