Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle pre-sales & post sales services via email 
  • Handle the incoming flows to ensure timely deliver to responsible persons and complete theagreed tasks timely 
  • Support policy cycle activities for General Insurance Business 
  • Assist the company in e-strategy to enhance the productivity and cost saving 
  • Support company initiatives and help the team to meet the team’s KPI  
  • Assist to prepare KPI and MI reports 

  

Job Requirements: 

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Fresh graduate with strong interest in General Insurance will also be considered 
  • Good knowledge of General Insurance business with Life Insurance knowledge is an advantage 
  • Good interpersonal skills 
  • Customer Centric 
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure 
  • Open-minded and willing to accept changes
