- Maintain a filing system
- Perform office administration duties
- Prepare expense / Income report
- To handle ad-hoc duties
- Handle with all tenancy related matters including lease negotiation and documentation on new lettings and renewals;
- Arrange for supervising repairs, maintenances and overall property management of the properties;
- Liaise and cooperate with tenants, landlords, real estate agents, government bodies and external contractors.
- Communicate and solve the enquires and complaints of landlords and tenants
- Handle clients’ enquires
- Assist in project management and reporting to both Directors and General Manager
