Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT support services to clients including PC, printer, mobile device, peripheral & AV device and other IT infra system
- Carry out IT projects e.g. HW & SW installation and migration and relocation
- Support client daily operation
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirement
- Cert/Diploma holder in Computer Studies, Information Technology, or related qualifications
- Solid experience in support Microsoft OS, system, PC hardware & software and peripheral equipment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer) and operating systems
- Equipped server skill will be advantage
- Good customer service skill, client focused and interpersonal skill
- With one year experience in field support is preferred
