Senior Customer Service Executive 客戶服務助理 Call Center (19-21K) (Tsuen Wan)

 Job Descriptions: 

· Handle and resolve members’ enquiries andcomplaints through inbound & outbound call and emails in a professionalmanner 

· Establish good relationship with premier members 

· Work with internal departments to seek bestpossible solutions  

  

Working location: 

· Tsuen Wan 

Job Requirements: 

· Higher Diploma or above  

· 5+ year experience in customer service 

· Experience inTravel/ Aviation industry is a must  

· Strong problem solving skill and resultsoriented  

· Ability to work positively in a fast-pacedenvironment 

· High proficiency in both spoken and writtenEnglish and Chinese 

· Proficient in MS Office  

· Able to perform shift dutyon weekends depending on work schedule 

· Willing to shift across 24hours 

· Immediately availability preferred
