Responsibilities
• Draft and prepare legal documents &correspondence
• Review and advise on commercialtransactions related agreement and legal issues
• Provide general office administrative andsecretarial support
Requirements
• Secondary graduated or above with preferred hands-onexperience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts & agreements
• Excellent attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using MS Words and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
