Analytic Project Manager

We are one of the fastest growing integrated advertising agencies in Hong Kong and are currently seeking an Analytic Project Manager to join a team who will be responsible for a variety of highly visible global, regional and local client programs and projects within our performance division of the agency.

Position Description:

You will be responsible for servicing clients within the discipline of data, measurement, analytics and strategy across a multitude of programs utilizing an array internal resources and teams to ensure deliverables are met and ongoing service delivery requirements are satisfied.

Requirement

• CRM knowledge, data management and analytics experience is essential

• Knowledge of data driven marketing & campaign management to derive insights from data & reports

• Capability to write SQL scripts and set up dashboards to analyze & optimize leads and campaign data

• Track record in building and maintaining effective client relationships

• Inquisitive nature, with logical and analytical mind to enable credible strategic discussions with the client

• Meticulous and highly effective project and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills, in particular the ability to explain technical solutions and issues to a non-technical audience.  

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to quickly spot data anomalies and aim to resolve. 

• Ability to manage projects by coordinating effectively across multiple internal teams, ensuring that inputs required are delivered within deadline and to appropriate levels of quality. 

• Good presentation skills to communicate insights strategically to stakeholders

• A degree holder with at least 3+ years experience

• Proficiency in English and Chinese

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Focus

• Provide key contact for clients, taking ownership of the relationship.

• Engage with clients to advance and add value to their business through proactive recommendations on data acquisition strategies, data availability and quality 

• Understanding of client’s business environment including competitors, challenges and opportunities.

• Constantly seek ways in which MRM//McCann can help client achieve greater business efficiencies and capitalize on opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end data process with ownership of database business rules with clear documentation.

• Able to run extracts and reports independently or work with technical teams to ensure quality deliverables to clients on timely and efficient basis.

• Able to troubleshoot data / report issues and proactively suggest process improvement initiatives.

• Take client’s business related brief and translate into a viable operational process – including arranging for resourcing and accurately briefing internal Data Operations and Data Support teams.
