Responsibilities:
• Provide a full spectrum of secretarialand administrative support to Director in both business activities and personalmatter.
• Verbal translation from English toMandarin & vice versa.
• Liaise with internal and externalparties.
• Responsible for arranging and organizingdaily schedules, business meetings and travel arrangements including hotelreservations, flight bookings and all related matters.
• Assist in all ad hoc assignments asassigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in BusinessAdministration or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years ’ working experience,Fresh graduates with sound educational background would also be considered.
• Some accounting & legal studiesknowledge are preferred.
• Excellent command of both written andspoken English & Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
• Occasional travel is required.
