Sanderia is currently looking for Administration Manager within its English-speaking office in Wong Chuk Hang. The role has an immediate starting date.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform data entry, general administrative work, filing and clerical duties
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable, month-end closing
  • Communication with third parties, controlling costs and vendor management
  • Handle Purchases Order, Invoicing, expense reimbursement
  • Manage courier services, and arrange shipment with logistics company
  • Assist in coordination of travel arrangements and hotel reservations
  • Assist any other ad-hoc duties

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 2 years administrative experience, overseas educated is an advantage.
  • Knowledge & basic experience with double entry booking.
  • PC knowledge especially in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal skills and capability to work with all levels of people
  • Good team player, self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
  • Immediate availability is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16,000.00 to $20,000.00 /month
