IT Technician

 Winco (Pacific) Limited is a value-addeddistributor (VAD) in IT networking and communication solution in HongKong since 1993. http://www.winco.com.hk  

Job Duties:  

n Conduct product & solution testing and present review tocolleagues 

n Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers  

n Design, implement and troubleshoot network projects 

n Prepare documentation on system and network infrastructure 

n Assist in answering helpdesk calls andresolving problems effectively 

n Handle customer enquiries and provide quality service to customers  

Job Requirement:

n At least Diploma holder in Information Technology or relateddisciplines  

n 1 yr+ post experiences in IT or Network support field  

n Experience in TCP/IP network, Wireless Network, Network Security, NetworkStorage and IP Surveillance is preferred 

n Familiar with Microsoft environment such as Win7/10, Server,Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,..etc is preferred.  

n Dedicated, self-motivated and have strong analytical andproblem-solving skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technology 

n Excellent customer service manner, hard-working, independent andself-initiative  

n Good communication skills, both written and spoken in Chinese(Cantonese) and English
