· Handle customer enquiries and follow up service
Job Description
- Learn and understand Australian and other countries’ migration and education visa system/ application flow
- Answer customer enquiries, follow up leads and cases
- Prepare application documents for the visa application
- Organize promotional events and marketing activities
- Building long term relationships with customers and gaining referral business
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager
Requirement:
- Diploma or degree holder, preferable graduate from overseas university
- Good tasks and cases management skills
- Good customer service attitude and Initiative in taking the lead in solving problems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
