Job Responsibility:
-Responsible for customer service work in the region;
-Service contract renewal and maintaining;
-Communicate with China headquarters;
-Support exhibitions in the region;
-Support pre-sales demo and technical service;
-Cooperate and feedback to call center in headquarters;
-Provide solutions and technical references for the LED display projects.
-Submit reports about installation, technical training and routine inspection.
-Edit instruction for installation, maintenance and training.
-Assist with work permits application of non-local employees if necessary
