Responsibilities:

  • Daily providehelpdesk support to end-users and resolve the technical issues from them 
  • Perform onsite PC/Notebook installation and support on Windows OS andapplications 
  • Troubleshoot the hardware and software in PCs, and notebooks 
  • Interface directly with customer for the coordination of IT services 
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, partners on resolving fault 

  

Requirements

  • Diploma in IT related subjects 
  • With 2 years of practical experience in technical support on WINDOWS/MAC platform
  • Familiar with Windows 10 applications installation
  • Prefer having training of ITIL or have ITIL certification 
  • Self-motivation to solve problem independently 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small businessenvironment   
  • Good command in spoken Chinese and English
