Regional Business Development Director – High Net Worth Brokerage
● Explore new business opportunities and generate a sustainable business growth for Ultra high-net-worth segment from Mainland China.
● Design and conduct produce training / briefing to business partners.
● Conduct regular market and competitor’s analysis.
● Formulate clients acquisition tactics through workable sales strategy and execution of networking event/marketing activities to generate business.
● Work closely with Product Specialist / Investment Consultant Team to ensure the viability of Family Financial Proposal for the achievement of Financial objectives of customers.
● Provide efficient and high-quality professional services and ensure a consistent delivery of good service standards and proposition.
● Identify business opportunities and achieve company’s goals for sustainable business growth.
Requirements:
● Degree in business related disciplines.
● Mature, positive, self-motivated professionals with excellent interpersonal skills.
● Strong personal credibility in establishing business relationship with Ultra High Net-Worth clients’ market from Mainland China.
● Experience in managing and growing Ultra High Net-Worth clients will be definite advantage.
● Portfolio with high net worth network is a great plus.
● Personal resources in Mainland Ultra high-net-worth market and existing strong relationship with top management of mainland large-size enterprises.
● Extensive experience of travelling
● Fluent Putonghua is a must.
