Operation Assistant (IT)

 Duties 

· Handle IT enquiries and provide efficient andquality services to customers 

· Perform installation, configuration, troubleshootingand maintenance of OS, hardware, software, and networking equipment 

· Support team manager to handle IT project,administrative enhancements of branch operation 

· Liaise both internal and external parties fordaily operation to enhance workflow efficiency  

· Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned 

  

Requirements 

· Diploma or above in Information Technology orrelated disciplines  

· 1-2 years of working experience in operation/IT helpdesk support field 

· Excellent I.T knowledge with MCSE is highlypreferred 

· Strong communication skills in both writtenand spoken English and Chinese 

· Good organization, attention to detail, goodtime management and self-initiative 

· Ability to work multi-tasks and withindeadline 

· Immediate available is preferred
