Key Responsibilities:  

· Formulate strategies and devise implementation plan for setting up a full-fledged HR team; 

· Propose recruitment strategies and plan and execute the plan to build up the initial manpower resource; 

· Design grading structure and compensation and benefits; 

· Draft employment terms and conditions; 

· Develop policies, procedures and manuals in relation to HR management; 

· Set up operational rules and control measures on HR functions, including the adoption of HR Information System (HRIS); 

· Propose a cost-effective solution on outsourcing and shared services on HR functions; and 

· To perform the above services, and such other services from time to time assigned by management. 

Requirements: 

· Degree holder in relevant business and management disciplines 

· Minimum 10 years of solid HR experience  

· Good communication and interpersonal skills 

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) 

· Strength in recruitment and change management an advantage
