 Job Responsibilities :

· To assist the team to source and identify insurance professionals  

· Maintain database for candidate mapping 

· Responsible for business development and relationship management with candidates  

· Perform end to end recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal 

· Advise managers on HR policies and recruitment strategies  

Job Requirements :

· Degree holders in all discipline (IANG Students are also welcome) 

· Self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn will be an advantage  

· Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage  

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
