Key Highlight:
- Virtual Banking CS Team
- Experience in Customer Service hotline from Telecom / Banking related is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional customer service by responding to enquiries concerning account opening, banking products through emails, live chats, and inbound/ outbound calls and help resolve customer’s queries at first contact where possible
- To handle customer complaints and dispute cases with care and professionalism
- To maintain and develop good relationships with customers;
- To follow the procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirement properly;
- To proactively learn and grasp the latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties;
- To assist on ad hoc assignment.
Job Requirements:
- F. 5 graduate or above
- 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in banking industry
- Excellent business communication and writing skills
- Online customer servicing experience is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle complex enquiries independently
- Knowledge of customer service principles and results-oriented towards customer service delivery
- Solid customer service experience, experience in managing high-end customers or loyalty services would be a definite advantage. Detailed-minded, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Show flexibility and willingness to work shifts/rosters (odd hour schedule)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
About Work:
- 5 days work week, Mon-Sun (7x24 shift duty)
- Working Location: Quarry Bay
- 6 months renewable contract
