Job Description:
● Support and assist Talent Management team in shortlisting of new and existing talent poolfor Chinese speaking Translator, Interpreter, transcription, vendor eg from mainland
● Work closely with Talent Management team on the pre-screening and shortlisting process of applicants
● Arrange and coordinate application test with applicants
● To recruit 10 new linguist daily
● Create and develop job description in Chinese
● Develop and maintain proper filing system
● Responsible for the setup and updating work of talent pool, ensure biodatas are updated andcaptured accordingly in system
● Assist the team to organize and schedule interview appointment
● Converting CV to company format and update to system
Requirements:
· Able to work in fast paced environment and capable to work with hire volume
· Multi-tasker
· Literate in Chinese
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
· Work remotely / work from home
· Able to commit up to 26 hours per week on long term basis
· Hourly Rate: 20 to 23 Chinese Yuan per hour
