Responsibilities:
- Support the team to develop and execute Team Lead plans
- To carry out general clerical duties such as data entry, arrange interview schedule, greeting candidates for interview, scanning & filing
- Updates and filing staff record & leave record
- Assist in recruitment projects, includes but not limits to onsite recruitment, phone interview, answer enquiry, etc.
- Assist to other ad hoc projects as required
Skills:
- Full-time undergraduate or diploma students, preferably with major in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or other Business-related discipline;
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin preferred;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing and digital communication is a plus.
