Responsibilities
* Perform full spectrum of professional administrative and secretarial support to the CEO / CFO
* Manage the CEO / CFO's daily appointments, records and correspondence, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of the agenda
* Draft and prepare correspondences, presentations and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements
* Gather, collate and provide background information for the President for decision making and planning
* Coordinate with external and internal parties or individuals on behalf of the CEO / CFO and take care of personal and confidential matters
* Prepare meeting minutes, management reports and other business-related reports and assist in company secretarial matters
* Coordinate with potential business partners for new business developments
Requirements
* University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline
* Minimum 3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative support
* Pleasant, mature, proactive, well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks
* High level of confidentiality and discipline with positive attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior management effectively
* Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
* Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
