· Take charge of a station/outlet and provide effective supervision, taskdelegation and on-the-job training to waiters, temporary waiters under the responsibility.
負責一個崗位或部門及提供有效的監管,分配工作,並有責任地給予待應,臨時待應在職培訓。
· Organise collection of Store Requisitions ensuring that stock is checkedand stored correctly, whilst adhering to the Hotel Requisition System and ParStock policy.
在服務之前,組織及檢查工作的地方是否整潔。
· Organise and check that all mise-en-place is carried out prior toservice.
在提供服務前,組織及檢查各種用具在應有之位置。
· Organise the setting of tables before, during and after service, ensuringthat all items used are clean, undamaged and in a good state of repair.
在服務前,期間或後,組織座位的擺設,確保所有用具都是清潔並在良好狀態。
· Totake reservations, welcome and seat guests in the absence of the Hostess.
接待員安排訂桌,歡迎及引領客人就座。
· Todeputise for the Barman (as applicable to outlet) when required, ensuringcontinuity of service to the guest at all times.
如有需要暫代調酒員,確保服務是不間斷的。
· Taking orders, recommending food and beverage and maximizing salesrevenue as appropriate.
為客人點菜,推薦飲食並賺取最高利潤。
· Serve customers throughout all stages oftheir meal /lounge service.
全程為客人,提供用膳或酒吧服務。
· Making special dishes, flambé, portioning and carving as appropriate tothe outlet.
製作特別餸菜時,烹調,分配及切割食物。
· Carry out the duties of Waiter as required.
如有需要,履行待應的職務。
· Check the processing of payment transactions using POS, ensuring that customersare correctly charged and payment correctly received.
利用電腦系統進行結帳,並確保帳單計算準確及客人繳付正確的數目。
· Follow up the casual service standard according to restaurant standards.
根據餐廳服務標準,跟進臨時員工的服務水平。
