 · Ensure service is professional, discreetand personalized.

· Practice good customer relations andattend to customer’s complaints / queries satisfactorily. 

對客人實踐良好的關係及接納客人的投訴或查詢，使對方滿意。 

· Be aware of and strictly adhere to Weightsand Measures Law, and the Licensing Law. 

注意並嚴格遵守度量衡法，牌照法。 

· Correct cash handling of guests’ payments. 

正確地處理客人的付款。 

· Full compliance with the Service StandardManual. 

完全遵從服務標準手冊。 

· Quality of ones own work and for thequality of work of subordinates. 

對個人以及下屬的服務質素負責。 

· The departments operations are effectivelyoperated during shift. 

在工作期間確保部門運作有效地進行。 

· Guests’ satisfaction; no complaints. 

確保客人滿意，沒有投訴。 

· Maximize food and beverage revenue throughappropriate selling techniques. 

透過適當的銷售技巧提升最高食物及飲品的收入。 

· Be totally familiar with the menu,beverage lists and special promotions. 

完全地了解餐牌、酒牌及推廣的內容。 

· The daily logbook is effectivelymaintained and managed. 

日誌有效處理及管理。 

· Be aware of and follow the higheststandard of food and beverage handling hygiene and safety procedures andmaintain a high level of personal hygiene. 

在運送或處理飲食時，需時常保持最高的飲食衛生及安全的步驟，並保持高水平個人衛生。 

· Ensure all equipment, cutlery, crockeryand linen is the highest standard of cleanliness and repair.
