Job Description

We are an AI translation company that provides end-to-end translation solutions for financial institutions. You will be responsible for handling jobs and tasks in connection with a variety of translation solutions we provide to our clients. We are working with a number of the leading companies in the financial sector, and you will play an important role in our growing business. Neogtiable salary.

 

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience working as customer service representative and/or account manager, preferably in financial sector or at financial media  

- Strong language skills in English and Chinese 

- Strong translation and copyrighting skills  

- Comfortable working with MS Office, Slack and other collaboration software 

- Ability to communicate effectively
