Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing a budget and cost monitoring against budget and cash flow forecasts
• Advising the Project Management Team on legal and contractual matters
• Compare and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotation
• Preparing quotation enquiry to subcontractor and supplier
• Finalizing estimation for tender preparations
• At least 5 years working experience in quantity surveying field with fitting out contractor
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
•Immediate available will be an advantage
