Bar Supervisor 酒吧主管 (Shisha Bar 水煙吧)
Responsibilities 職責:
l Maintain the departmental standard and ensure smoothly daily operation;確保酒吧每日有效及順暢地運作,使產品及服務均符合公司標準;
l Interact with customers, recommend and explain the products; 與客人交流、推介及解釋公司產品;
l Assist in monitoring the team and providing training and guidance to ensurethe quality and consistency of services;協助監督員工表現、並提供適當的指導及培訓,以確保服務的品質及一致性;
l Assist in control usage of all operating equipment and inventory.協助控制酒吧儀器運作、庫存和消耗成本狀況。
Requirements 入職要求:
l Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in F&B industry;具2-3年飲食業相關經驗;
l Team player, good customer service and communication skills;具團隊合作精神、良好的客戶服務及溝通能力;
l Good command of spoken English and Chinese.良好的英語及粵語。
