Inaddition to the well-acclaimed Electronic English, DR-Max Limited alsocollaborates in publishing with internationally renowned brands, such as Disneyand Warner Brothers. Position : CRMSpecialist (project base)
Roles& Responsibilities:
l Overseefull project life cycle, including requirement gathering, system analysis,implementation, deployment, testing and training
l Providesupport for systems enhancement and maintenance
l Monitor serversystem stability and performance
l Interactwith users for collecting requirements and providing technical solutions
l Liaisewith Vendors on technical and commercial proposals
l Hands-ondata mining, participate in data analysis to generate insights and actionablesolutions for the business
l Developand prepare monthly dashboards on CRM program performance, analyze and provideinsights
l Work withMarketing & Sales teams to support business needs with campaigns; assist oncustomer segmentation, data extraction and customer list preparation; monitorand keep track on campaign progress, response rate and analyze campaigneffectiveness
Requirements:
l Degree Holder in ComputerScience, Information Technology, Business Analytics, System Engineering orrelated disciplines
l Minimum 2 years relevant solidworking experience is a must
l Knowledge and experiencein SAP or other ERP systems
l Good command of bothwritten and spoken English and Mandarin
