Job Description 

Job Duties 

· Handle full sets of accounts independently 

· Responsible for daily accounting functions and process paymentssettlement 

· Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial statements andanalysis, management reports and schedules 

· Prepare quarterly cash flow forecast and annual budgets 

· Handle year-end audit and tax matters 

 Requirements 

· Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent 

· Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in accounting, investment knowledge in M&A, asset management, experience with financial institution would be an advantage 

· Excellent team player, self-motivated, independent and can meet tight timelines 

· Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills 

· Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin 

· Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
