E-Commerce Executive

 Job Responsibilities 

• Management of SEO/SEM related matters 
• Advertising design on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Snapchat, WeChat, LinkedIn, etc.; 
• Create design for E-commence platforms including video, social media projects 
• Webpage and web related materials design 
• Leveraging on e-Commerce platform to increase the operating efficiently  
• Monitoring and evaluation of users' behavior to derive suggestions for improvements 
• Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquirers on products, order status and after sales services 
• Enhancing the e-platform to serve the users have a better experience and efficiently. 
• Manage the operation of the platform, covers logistics, inventory control and payment gateway and customer experience 
• Well liaised with internal E-commence Team for weekly graphic design campaigns 
• Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by management 

  

Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines is preferred 
• 1 year or above of solid E-commerce experience 
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign & MS office 
• Be well organized to meet tight deadlines, work independently under pressure with variety of tasks simultaneously 
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skills 
• Work experience in the field of Jewellery/Watch are an advantages 
• Immediate availability is preferred
