Job Responsibilities:
- Handle order input and checking on shipment schedule in timely manner
- Handle enquires and complaint from customers professionally
- To assist in preparing regular report as requested by customers
- Provide administrative and general support to Customer Services Dept.
- Work closely with logistic team for delivery arrangement
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above
- 2 to 3 years Customer Service experience
- Pleasant personality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
- Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
- Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Immediate available or short notice period is highly preferred
