Job Responsibilities
- Conduct data mining and analysis and reports
- Contribute document creation, filing and ISO document control
- Contribute supply chain related administrative activities
- Coordinate with 3rd party logistics and warehouse company on delivery and shipment arrangement
- Facilitate the demand planning process
- Manage the ordering, house keep and dispatch of supply chain material
- Update operation reports and system
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Good communication skill in English and Chinese
- Capable to work independently and under pressure
- Self-motivate and good team player
- Good analytical skill, attention to details and be proactive
- Immediate available is preferred
- Experience in supply chain management is preferred
- Fresh graduate is welcome
