Who we are looking for?  

- F.5/DSEor above with LCCI Intermediate level 

- At least 1 year of related working experience 

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up is a plus 

- Willing to learn, honest and can-do attitude 

- Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized, responsible, reliable, Team Player and able to work independently 

- Competency in MS Office (Proficient in MS Excel), databases and accountingsoftware. 

  What to do?  

- Report to team manager on full spectrum of Accounting support 

- Responsible for day-to-day accountingfunctions including accounting data entry, invoices and payments 

- Responsible of Monthly Financial statement, e.g. Sales Report, Bank andAccounting software books and Bank Reconciliation 

- Handle full sets of accounts 

- Liaise with external auditor 

- Assist in HR duties including payroll, attendance record, day off & annualleave record etc. 

- Handled ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager
