Duties:
- Manage the accuracy and timely delivery of documents to our clients
- Proofreading, formatting and layout checking of financial and legal documents
- Correct misspellings
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in any discipline
- Good command in written English, traditional and simplified Chinese
- Extremely detail-oriented, a team player, strong communication skills and able to work independently and under pressure
- Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Flexibility to work on rotational shift duties (including overnight, weekend and public holidays), with shift allowance and overtime pay
- Applicant with more experience will be considered as “Senior Proofreader”
- Fresh graduates are welcome
